About this event
Tire Rack SCCA CAM/XS Invitational Shootout
For 10 years, the SCCA’s Classic American Muscle Solo division has existed alone as the sport’s wildest outlet for production-based cars running on 200tw tires with few other rules aside from an all-American heritage and whatever else their builders could dream up. These muscle cars which are so popular at the fancy auctions have also found a home in SCCA® fulfilling their purpose – getting them out of the garage and being pushed to their limits of something other than gathering dust.
Now the rumbling V8 engines and ground pounding American muscle of CAM is joined on the grid by some new kids in town with the cars of the Xtreme division entering the arena. Screaming rotaries, whistling turbo four cylinders, wailing sixes, high-winding V8s, and cars from all over the world challenge the clock and the competition to see who can build the most Xtreme—and effective—autocross car out there.
CAM
SCCA has three classes for these types of cars – CAM C, CAM T, and CAM S.
- CAM C: With the “C" standing for Contemporary, this class sees car and truck body styles from 2001-on.

- CAM S: The “S” stands for Sports and this class is where 2-seater cars are allowed. It is also for all cars that do not meet CAM C or CAM T weight minimums.

Registration Policies
Car Number Policy
The number selection is first come first served. The Motorsportsreg.com system does not allow drivers to reserve their codrivers number. With that, if there is a conflict where someone signs up for a number and someone else who isn’t the codriver signs up for the corresponding number, the person that signed up first for either the two or three-digit number is the owner of that combination. If you notice a discrepancy in numbers, please contact Raleigh Boreen (rvboreen@gmail.com). Motorsportreg.com provides the date/time of registrations to determine who registered first and is the rightful owner of the number combination.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing.
Please contact Tracy Lewis (tlewis@scca.com) to cancel.
